Around her work as a Teaching Assistant, she’ll never miss a trip down to her allotment- come rain or shine she’ll be there checking in on her cabbages or singing to the string beans. At weekends she loves catching up with her friends over a fruit tea and flapjack at her favourite local farm shop or meandering around the gardens of a National Trust house, admiring the blooming borders and of course checking out the Kitchen Garden.
